Disney Fireworks

We have reached the end of another year, everyone we made it! Overall I feel like I've had a good year and while there were stressful times the good outweighed the bad, I got to do a lot of fun things, make a lot of new friends, and I feel like I'm leaving 2019 in a good frame of mind. My final month has been a lot of fun I went to see Day6 in concert and won a place to see them at a press con, I also attended some events while BamBam was in town and got to see him one last time before GOT7 return to Thailand in 2020 to do their first ever stadium concert to a sold out audience of almost 50,000 people, for not just one night but two consecutive nights!! I'm so excited to meet my ahagse friends from all around the world and share this moment with them. I hope everyone's 2020 is a blessed one and you all are healthy and happy, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

GOT7 BamBam - Blue Carpet Show for UNICEF Thailand

On December 11th, UNICEF Thailand held a press event at Central World in Bangkok to give details about their upcoming Blue Carpet Show with some of the celebrities that will be in attendance. I went along to support my boy BamBam from GOT7 who has been working with UNICEF Thailand for the past year and will not only be performing at the Blue Carpet Show, which will air on January 11th (Children's Day) on Thai TV, but has also designed a limited edition teddy bear which you can purchase and help support UNICEF's work for children around the world.

I'm very proud of BamBam as he always does his best to support good causes, from his first clothing collection with Represent raising money for Water.org to now being an ambassador for UNICEF Thailand. The bear he designed is really adorable and available to buy now on UNICEF for ฿2990, the bear is limited edition with only 900 available to buy and each customer can only buy a limited quantity of 5, international shipping is also available for those of you who live outside of Thailand who would like to purchase the bear, and further information on how purchase can be found here.

It's always a joy to see the work BamBam does and how much he has grown over the the years, he brings so much joy and happiness to the people around him and is such a great example. I'm so happy he's supporting such a good cause and although I won't be able to purchase the bear he designed myself I hope that I can spread the word so others who may be able to can and help support this cause and I will definitely be tuning into The Blue Carpet Show when it airs in January.

Day6 World Tour "Gravity" in Bangkok, Thailand (Concert)

After the excitement of the Press Con I was more than ready to see Day6 in concert the next day, although after hardly getting any sleep I still arrived at the venue too late to get any of the merchandise I wanted, pro tip for Thai concerts if you want to buy merchandise you should at least arrive at the venue a few hours before sales open and be ready with cash as they don't usually take cards, also keep in mind that Bangkok traffic especially at the weekends is bad so will probably add an extra hour onto your journey!

This is my third Day6 concert in Thailand and each year the venue gets larger and it's such a joy to see the fandom grow and more and more people coming to their concerts. It's so nice to see such a diverse crowd of people to from very young fans to older fans and nationalities to, not just Thai, a lot of people from other countries travelled to see Day6 and it was so nice to see how they had brought us all together and everyone was respectful of each others space, I nearly always get standing for these concerts in Thailand and not once have I experienced any rudeness or pushing.

When Day6 finally came on stage the atmosphere exploded everyone was singing and jumping, there was so much positive energy it really was electric, I think this is definitely my fave concert so far they've come a long way and it's amazing to see just how much more confident they are on the stage now and how much they love performing, there were genuine smiles on their faces throughout the whole concert.

My favourite moment from the concert was when they sat down with us and had us 'My Day' sing their songs to them, it was really nice to hear everyone singing in Korean even though most of us don't speak Korean, but just seeing the pure look of joy on each of their faces, it just really made me happy to share that moment with them. I also LOVED the solo stages, Young K had teased in a live before the concert that he had changed his stage up and this was the first time he would be performing it and it was soooo good, I was just in awe the whole time!

I absolutely adored the fan project for Day6 and seeing just how happy they were seeing it was so touching, when I first took out my banner I saw Wonpil smile as he read it and then as the song progressed signs were lit up for them and they were so genuinely shocked and amazed! I turned my attention from them for a moment to see the crowd all singing along waving their lights and banners and it was so beautiful to see so I'm happy we could create this special memory for them.

The concert seemed to end all too quickly and their ending speeches telling us how happy they are and that they hope to always share that happiness with us and for us to always have good days really touched me. There was so much more I wanted to hear and see, so many more songs of theirs that I would love to see live but I know there will be a next time and that they'll come back one day so until then, I Wait.

What's your favourite Day6 song?

Day6 World Tour Gravity in Bangkok, Thailand (Press Con)

Day6 hold a very special place in my heart, I found them early 2017 when they were doing the Every Day6 Project and I was just blown away by their music and could not believe I hadn't heard of them sooner! Day6 are something different in the Kpop world in that they not only write and produce their own music but they play their own instruments to and continually experiment with their sound which ranges anywhere between heavy rock to synth pop.

This is actually my 3rd time seeing Day6 in concert in Thailand, I made a promise to that no matter what I would at least try to see them perform once a year and this year was extra special as I not only got to see them in concert but I won a spot to see them at the press con the night before the concert. I always feel very blessed when it comes to Day6 they came into my life at I time where I was feeling very lost and alone and their music spoke deep to my soul and really helped me get through that bad time in my life.

The press con was held at Emquartier, the same place where they did a special performance for New Years Eve a few years ago, I was always quite sad I missed out on that as I was in Seoul at the time but seeing them here years later in front of an even bigger crowd of fans makes me so proud of how far they've come.

At the press con Day6 shared with us a few of their hopes for the concert, their favourite things about Thailand and ended it buy wishing us a Happy Christmas and New Year and that they were excited to see us all for the concert the next day, I honestly felt so blessed I could see them up close and see the genuine happiness and excitement in their faces being back in Thailand ready to perform for us fans or 'My Day' as we're known.

Day6 are definitely a band to look out for, a lot of people who say they aren't fans of Kpop I always tell to check out Day6 and they're always pleasantly surprised by them and quickly become fans to. They have such a diverse range of songs and their lyrics are so deep and meaningful and written almost entirely by the members themselves so do check out their music and they'll be taking the tour over to Europe in the new year so be sure to grab yourself a ticket to see them live, you definitely won't regret it!

What's your favourite Day6 song?

Things That Make You Go Oooooo (November 2019)

Glasgow Clouds

My first month back in Thailand is already over and it's been one crazy month! It's really nice to be home and relax with my cat and give myself a little bit of a beauty treat, I also am enjoying being back in the land of 7Eleven and convenience food although I made sure not to over indulge too much and have actually been working out a lot again and I've already lost 5kg of the weight I put on whilst I was in the UK! I'm also loving being back in GOT7 land and celebrated Yugyeom's Birthday to the fullest as well as attending my first ever GOT7 fansign here which was one of the best night's of my life and I can't wait to share with you all soon. Christmas has also been making an appearance here so hopefully I can celebrate some of the festivities here this year.

GOT7 Yugyeom Birthday Celebrations in Bangkok, Thailand

At the beginning of the year I attended my first birthday event for GOT7's leader JB and since then K-Pop  birthday events have become so much bigger and more popular in Thailand with several events happening over the course of the whole month. Now we are at the end of the year and our final GOT7 birthday celebration for our youngest member Kim Yugyeom.

The first event I attended was called KYUMsGally hosted in Round About Cafe near BTS Ekkamai. The whole cafe, which was 2 floors, was decorated with fan art, photos and toys of Yugyeom. It was really nice seeing all the fanart that people had made for him, GOT7 has some really talent fans and I always love seeing how creative they are.

I actually visited this cafe on the day of GOT7's first music show win for their latest release You Calling My Name and with was so nice to sit there and celebrate the win with my fellow ahgase, the cafe was really quiet and we we're all trying so hard not to scream and contain our excitement. It was such a happy moment for us all watching the livestream from Korea together and the perfect place to be and the perfect way to start off Yugyeom's birthday celebrations.

The next cafe I visited was TE Time and Space in Siam Discovery which is actually one of my fave cafes which does really delicious teas that I first visited back in March for Jackson's birthday. However for Jackson't birthday they were only giving away cupsleeves but for Yugyeom's birthday they had decorated the whole cafe with balloons, photos and fanart of him. I really loved what they did with such a small place it looked so beautiful and I really hope we can have more events there next year.

While in Siam I of course had to see the birthday advert fans had made for Yugyeom's birthday on the MBK Center, the screen is huge and it's become somewhat of an event for people to go there and wait for their idols birthday advert to appear, in fact as I was there waiting for Yugyeom's advert, Bank Thiti a popular Thai actor (who has actually worked with GOT7) was there with his fanclub so they could celebrate his birthday together and watch the birthday advert they had made for him, it was a really sweet moment to witness and I hope Yugyeom gets to see all the fun we had in Thailand for his birthday to, I already can't wait for next year's birthday celebrations.

Have you ever been to a K-Pop birthday event?

GOT7 Mark Meal (Spicy Vegan Version)

The 'Mark Meal' has been a staple in GOT7 and Ahgase diets for a few years now, with Mark himself being a big fan and making it several times on variety shows. It recently got a new spicy makeover using the infamous spicy chicken noodles which amazingly are completely vegan, so I thought I would call on the help of my little friend 'Chibi Mark' and finally test out this meal for myself, vegan style!

I'm a big fan of the fire noodles so I really enjoyed this and although I'm not a fan of fake meats I did really enjoy the addition of the sausages and cheese is always good! I'll definitely be making it again, quite possibly after GOT7 concerts as I always seem to find myself in a 7Eleven hunting for something to eat after using all my energy up screaming... hehe!

Have you tried the 'Mark Meal' what did you think?

Wishtrend: Cruelty Free Korean Beauty & Skincare Review

Earlier this year I started suffering from some quite sever cystic acne breakouts caused by hormones, pollution and stress which gave me a major blow to my confidence, I rarely left the house my skin was so bad and when I did I would usually wear a mask. I completely changed my skincare routine as almost everything I had used previously seemed to irritate me and started using less products with less ingredients. It's taken a while for my skin to return to a better condition but I am seeing some improvements so I thought I would share my experiences on some of the products I've bought from Wishtrend a company that strives to use provide more natural, cruelty free, beauty products which is based in South Korea. I've tried a few of their products in the past and always been pleased with the results so thought this would be a great place for me to start and create a new routine for my irritated, recovering skin.

"The By Wishtrend Green Tea & Enzyme Powder Wash is a mild powder cleanser to use on a daily basis. Consisting baking powder, coconut-derived surfactant, and enzymes, it controls blackheads while hydrating. As a low irritant cleanser for sensitive skin, it helps to exfoliate your skin a daily basis. "
I've never tried a powder face wash before but really liked the idea of it as I travel a lot and it would be easy for me to pack as I wouldn't have to worry about any liquid restrictions. I'm also a big fan of green tea as an antioxidant and baking powder as a natural cleanser so I had high hopes for this and after using it for a few weeks I'm overall very happy with it! I really like how you can tailor the texture of the wash to your needs, so should you need something more exfoliating you use less water or something lighter less powder. Admittedly it did take me a few tries to get the powder to water ratio I liked right but I eventually found that a small amount of powder worked quite well to adequately cleanse my whole face. I always felt really fresh and clean after using this wash and it didn't dry my skin out at all like some washes do. I also liked that there was no fragrance to as fragrance is something that can really irritate my sensitive skin. I do think the bottle is kinda big for the amount of power you actually get in it and I ended up transferring it to a smaller bottle so it was easier for me to travel with but other than that I'm really pleased with this product and how well it cleansed and soothed my irritated skin.

"The Klairs Supple Preparation Unscented Toner is the second version of the Klairs Supple Preparation Facial Toner. The unscented toner is the second version of the original toner that excluded all essential oil, which makes it scent-free. While the original toner contains non-irritating all natural essential oil, the unscented was made to provide an option for customers’ preference to scents."
This is a newer version of their popular Supple Preparation Toner which I have used previously and had good results with but this one is unscented and therefore better for sensitive skin or skin which is prone to irritation. What I really like about this toner is that it has a thicker texture so leaves your skin feeling soft and hydrated for longer without feeling sticky. I personally found the original toner had a strong lavender scent so prefer the unscented version but both work well it just depends if you prefer your cosmetics scented or unscented and how sensitive your skin is.

"The Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop is a serum to rejuvenate the skin. It contains concentrated pure vitamin C and key ingredients directly from nature. Its innovative multi-solution and non-irritating formula is to revitalize, maintain, and transform the skin. "
Out of all the vitamin C products I've tried I found this one to be the most effective at brightening skintone and reducing acne scars, it's the only product I found that actually made a visible difference to my skin. I've been using this serum for a few years now however I found it best not to use daily as it can sometimes irritate my sensitive skin so I tend to store it in the fridge to keep it fresh and use a few drops to treat my hyper-pigmentation and acne scaring every few days and you really don't need to use more than a few drops on your skin to feel the effects. This is also a favourite of my Mum's to after I recommended it to her as she found it really brightened and evened out her skintone. It can be a bit irritating to use on especially sensitive skin or days that your skin is feeling irritated from acne etc. but I found if you mix in a few drops with moisturiser it works just as effectively.

"The concentrated formula of the Rich Moist Soothing Cream provides immediate, long-term moisture for a more radiant, hydrated complexion. It works deep within the skin to provide much needed soothing and moisture. Infused with yeast-derived beta glucan, it supports the skin’s natural moisture barrier and defense system."
If you suffer from dry, sensitive skin this moisturiser is perfect! Whenever my skin is especially dry I find after using this that my skin immediately is more hydrated and soft. I also like to keep it in the fridge as I find on days when the weather is warmer or days when my skin is flaring up and feels irritated that it really cools, soothes and calms it down. This moisturiser also works well with the Freshly Juiced Serum should you need to add a little extra treatment into you routine as both work well together, and don't contain any ingredients which negates each others properties, and keep your skin moisturised and soothed.

"Oval shaped, highly adhesive acne patch suitable for covering several adjacent acne spots at once. 26 patches in 3 different sizes (15x23mm Large 8ea, 11x16mm Medium 9ea, 9x13mm Small 9ea) Patch that not only helps the acne disappear without a scar, but also helps soothe and calm the spot. The border of the patch is thinner to strongly adhere to curved areas such as jaw line and hair line."
Acne patches are a must! I've tried all different types from COSRX and while they are all very effective these are definitely my favourite and the ones I will be purchasing from now onwards. I love that they come in different sizes and the bigger sized ones are great for covering up a few pimples in the same area, I also prefer the oval shape as I think it adheres to the skin better, especially around places like your nose and chin. They're also really thin so hardly noticeable and I often wear these under my make-up as they are very discreet and easy to cover with concealer or foundation to blend into your regular make-up. Whenever I have a particularly angry spot that is irritating me or one that has popped I put one of these on it and within a day it's already calmed down and healed, definitely a must have for anyone that is prone to getting pimples.

Wishtrend also included a bunch of free samples in my order which I can't wait to try out and are also perfect for me to travel with when I have overnight or weekend trips and don't want to pack so many things. COSRX & Dear Klairs are my favourite Korean beauty brands and in the past I was always able to find them in store at ALand or online at Style Korean however I've found that often the items I want are out of stock when I visit so I decided this time it would be more convenient to order from Wishtrend as they are the creators of Dear Klairs and also stock COSRX and other cruelty free brands, they also offer great prices and fast international shipping. In the past I would hoard my favourite products but I found that especially with the serums that they can go bad before I've even had the chance to use them especially with the warm humid climate in Thailand so now I only buy in small quantities I intend to use immediately after purchase. Their service is so fast and reliable now I need not worry when I'm running low on my favourite products as I can just place an order with them and it will be with me within a week, so if you're looking to purchase more cruelty free Korean beauty products definitely check them out!

What are your favourite cruelty free beauty brands?

Asian Dramas I'm Watching & Loving!

Neon Slipper

Since coming to the UK to visit my family I've found I've been missing Asian TV and have been switching off a lot of the western TV I used to enjoy in favour of Asian dramas and variety shows. I think with the cold weather I'm feeling here I needed something bright to watch and although Asian dramas can be quite dark and depressing they always seem to have an element of humour and optimism I can cling to which to me western TV seems to have lost. Also I feel like I need to keep listening to Korean and Thai while I'm in the UK for a while or I'm going to forget everything that I learned and it's a good way to keep myself immersed even when I'm on the other side of the world.

사이코메트리 그녀석
After losing his parents in a fire, Lee Ahn acquires the power of psychometry, the ability to read a person or an object's past through physical contact, and he decides to use it to take bad people down. While he does not know how to control his power yet, he meets Yoon Jae-in who tries her best to hide her painful secrets. Together with his foster guardian, prosecutor Kang Sung-mo, and the latter's colleague, investigator Eun Ji-soo, they team up to solve an elusive case that has been haunting the lives of Ahn, Sung-mo, and Jae-in. When I heard that Jinyoung from my favourite K-pop group GOT7, was the lead in this new drama I was so happy and after reading the plot I knew this would be a drama that I was going to love it's exactly the mix of drama, intrigue and the supernatural that I really enjoy in my KDramas. Jinyoung really exceeded my expectations and lead this drama so well, even if I didn't know who he was I would be really impressed with his acting skills and I really felt for Lee Ahn during those emotional scenes and also enjoyed the funny moments to. Shin Ye-eun, the female lead, was also amazing and I really enjoyed the chemistry the two had as the plot progressed. The drama starts of somewhat lighthearted but by the end of it really packs a punch to the gut so better prepare those tissues it's a great plot which I won't spoil to much but the way everything comes together is so heartbreaking and unexpected, definitely one of my favourite dramas so far this year!

로맨스는 별책부록
Kang Dan-I (Lee Na-Young) used to be a popular copywriter, but after taking a career break to look after her husband and daughter, she is now divorced, broke and unemployed. Despite her qualifications and experience she struggles to find a job but finally gets an entry level job at a publishing company by lying about her experienced background. Cha Eun-Ho (Lee Jong-Suk) is the chief editor at that publishing company and also her childhood friend but she has been hiding the reality of her situation from him, eventually she opens up to him about the truth of her situation and he helps her get back on her feet as they begin to realise their true feelings for each other. I really enjoyed this drama and empathised with Dan-I and her situation so much, I really loved her perseverance and she gave me a lot of hope for my own situation. Lee Jong-Suk is someone I've been a fan of since seeing W (one of my absolute fave dramas) and While You Were Sleeping and he was just as captivating in this drama. He enlisted just after wrapping up this drama so sadly it will be a long while until we see him again but I will await his return with much anticipation as his dramas are always one of my favourites to watch.

그녀의 사생활
Sung Deok-Mi works as a curator at an art gallery. She is a huge fan of idol group member Shi-An and secretly runs a fan website about him. After the current boss, Uhm So-hye gets investigated for embezzlement, Ryan Gold becomes the new Art Director of Cheum Museum of Art where Sung Deok-Mi works. After rumours broke out claiming Deok-mi and Shi-an are dating, Ryan suggests that he and Deok-mi pretend to date to ward off Shi-an's fans who threaten to harm her. However, Sindy, another fansite manager of Cha Shi-an, manages to land a job as an intern in the museum to prove that Ryan and Deok-mi are a fake couple, leaving both no choice but to continue the act even at work. Being a not-so-secret fangirl myself I just had to give it a watch after it was recommended to me multiple times by my fellow fangirls and O M G I relate to Sung Deok-mi so much!! We're both fangirls of the same age and our parents are exactly the same (my Mama with her knitting and my Dad is a Geophysicist so his life is pretty much rocks!) and also the struggles we go through to maintain our fangirl life and all those feelings, I adored this drama so much and watching it with my Mama I think she kinda understood my life a bit better. Also ... Ryan ... what a guy ... I honestly wish I could find a Ryan because despite his cold introduction he had a heart of gold and his whole storyline was so heartwarming. I just loved how adorable this whole drama was it was just so much fun and so cute to watch and all the characters were nice people which is rare to see in dramas, so if you're a fellow fangirl or not I totally recommend this drama the whole ending and how everything connected was done so well so give it a watch.

악몽선생
Han Bong-Gu becomes a temporary teacher after the homeroom teacher of 2nd grade 3 class at Yosan Private High School had an accident and is hospitalised. He is mysterious figure and although the teachers at the school know about him he is not on the teaching staff list. Han Bong-Gu arouses the desires of each students and their dreams become reality but not without some bizarre consequences. This mini-drama web series reminded me a little of the anime The Laughing Salesman and Hell Girl which I have enjoyed watching, each student is lured by the teacher into making their wishes come to but see that all may not be what it seems and their deals go sour. It was a quick watch and each episode is mostly self-contained and not really scary like you would expect from the title, I probably wouldn't really recommend this one unless you want something quick to watch but I did enjoy the concept of the series.

시크릿 메세지
Haruka is a Japanese woman trying to find the answer to what love is and Woo Hyun is a Korean man who is in pain from his first love but still wants to believe in true love. The story is about two people who speak different language, living with their own broken first love memories and finding love again with each other. Since T.O.P. was released from his military duty I've been wondering what he's going to do next so decided to revisit some of the dramas that he's acted in, which was actually my first introduction to him. This is such a sweet drama and I enjoyed the juxtaposition of Korea and Japan, a Korean man searching for love in Japan and a Japanese woman searching for love in Korea and them both coming together through translating messages to each other. Yoo In-na is also in this drama and plays a very sweet character. Each episode is only 10 - 20 minutes long so it's a quick watch and doesn't take long to get into, despite the length the characters are all presented very well and each play their roles perfectly, i really hope T.O.P. considers acting again in the future as he has such a natural talent for it. This is definitely a drama to watch after a break-up to give you a bit of hope that love is still out there.

Things That Make You Go Oooooo (September 2019)

bunny

September is over and next month will be my last month in the UK before I fly back home to Thailand. It's going to be a busy last month here as I'll be visiting London to see GOT7 perform for the first time here, I'll also be meeting with friends to say my goodbye before I leave. Honestly though I can't wait to go back to Thailand and visit some more cute cafes and be reunited with my cat who I have missed so much since I left. I hope everyone is doing well and remember to wrap up warm as the days are starting to get colder now.

'BTS' Idol Live Cafe - Show DC - Bangkok - Thailand

I have to admit when I came to Show DC mall in Bangkok to check out the K-pop cafes and Korean restaurants I had absolutely no idea that this BTS cafe AKA Idol Live Cafe existed so I had to share my discovery with my fellow K-pop fans should you happen to be travelling to Thailand anytime soon as I know a lot of you are ARMY and big fans of BTS.

The first thing you notice when you come to this cafe is the huge mural of BTS made out of Lego bricks which also house their signatures to. Had I not spotted these huge figures from across the mall I don't think I would have found this cafe, they also have the name of the songs written around the booth were you order drinks and food and a few standees of BTS and even the CEO outside the cafe.

I ordered myself an iced americano which was made fresh and tasted so good, it was also quite reasonably priced to, compared to other cafes this was one of the cheapest I've visited so even if you're not a K-pop fan and you're just looking for a good cup of coffee for a reasonable price it's a good place to visit. In addition to drinks they also have a selection of desserts that you can order to but as I had just eaten I decided to skip the desserts and just get a drink.

As you sit and enjoy your drinks and desserts a big projector screen plays not just BTS but a whole selection of K-pop music videos for you to enjoy, I even found a few new songs to add to my playlist whilst I was there as well as enjoying some classic songs and new releases.

The walls of the cafe are decorated with messages from fans from all around the world who have visited and you're welcome to leave your mark there to. Whilst reading all the messages that Army had left to BTS on the walls I noticed there were photos of the boys actually visiting the cafe and fans recreating the photos sitting in the same places they had sat, ordering the same food and drinks.

Show DC is easy to reach by public transport in Bangkok just get the MRT Phetchaburi and take Exit 1 where you will find a free shuttle bus with SHOW DC printed on the side which will take you to and from the mall at no added cost and the Idol Live Cafe is located on the 1st floor of the mall towards the right where all the food places are. It's a really cute cafe and a must visit for all BTS fans, I really enjoyed my time there and will definitely go back to try one of their desserts soon!

Things That Make You Go Oooooo (August 2019)

Happy First Day of Fall!

August is over and I'm another year older, I decided to celebrate this birthday by taking a short tip to Belfast to say a little goodbye to my favourite series Game of Thrones and it was such a great trip and I got the biggest most special surprise ever which if you follow me on Instagram you'll already know but don't worry I'll be sharing all my adventures in Westeros soon. I've only got a couple months left in the UK before I go back to Thailand so I'm spending as much time as I can with friends and family as I'm not sure when the next visit here will be, so if I'm a bit absent online that's why, I want to be more present in the few moments I have left with my friends and family here. I hope everyone had a great summer and enjoyed some time off to.

Sileu Menstrual Cup - First Time Impressions & Review

Menstrual cups are something I have wanted to try out for a while but always been a little apprehensive about so when Sileu contacted me asking if I'd like to try out their Sileu Cup I saw this as the perfect opportunity to try one out for the first time and also share my experiences and hopefully encourage more people who have doubts to try one out to.

Sileu send me their Travel Pack which included cup, steriliser and case, I travel alot so this set is perfect for me to keep in my bag and take out to use whenever I need it. Before you use the menstrual cup you should clean and sterilise it, the foldable steriliser makes this easy as all you need to do is put in the cup fill it with water and microwave it for a few minutes then once dry it's ready for use. I decided to get a small size cup as it was my first size using one and I was a little worried about insertion and the fit but after my first time I found I had no difficulties and I didn't feel it at all, it was such a good fit it even passed the white underwear test and I had no leaks, something which I often get using tampons and pads. Emptying and cleaning it was no problem to even when I was out the house and had to use public toilets, I just made to to have some anti-bacterial handwash with me so I could sterilise my hands before touching the cup and wet wipes just incase. Although it varies per person depending on their flow I found I only needed to empty the cup no more than 3 times a day and it gave me no problems using when I sleep, sometimes I even forgot I was using one.

My first experience using Sileu menstrual cup was a very positive one and this is definitely my favourite over pads and tampons and a great way to reduce on the waste as this menstrual cup is reusable and with proper care will last up to 10 years! I will admit was nervous and apprehensive to try using one and very thankful for Sileu for this opportunity as it was exactly the push I needed to try one out and I'm so grateful I did as it's made that monthly visitor so much easier to manage, so I totally encourage everyone to try one out to especially if you're having doubts as you won't regret making that switch.

Have you used menstrual cup before? What are your experiences?
