Bananas and honey are one of the nicest food combinations put that in a cupcake and you've got a little taste of heaven. This is just a simple and quick cupcake recipe which is my last minute go to recipe if I have guests round and they want something sweet to go with their tea.
- 4 mashed bananas
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey*
- 4 tbsp. melted margarine*
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- 3/4 cup sunflower seeds*
♥ Preheat the oven to 175°c and line a cupcake pan with 12 cases.
♥ Combine the bananas, sugar, honey and margarine in a bowl till thoroughly mixed.
♥ Slowly add the flour and mix well then fold in the sunflower seeds.
♥ Spoon the batter into the baking cases and bake for 20 - 25 minutes
♥ Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
♥ Serve and enjoy!
